The honorable mayor of Denton joins us as Buck is not able to make it on this long overdue episode. An update on the fair city is given as we get into the usual antics that can only ensue on The Big Honkin Show. The talk includes, but is not limited to Kentucky oaths, pistols in church, The Big Honkin Show Day Campaign , a geriatric burglar, belt buckle vandals, a real life super hero, and I think my favorite part is when I sing completely flat on Staying Alive.

Brandon joins us again one week before the return of Buck to the Big Honkin Show. We cover General Patton’s exploits in World War II, pantsless people on the subway, a heroic dog, an escaped hippo and more. What is an animal expert? Listen to find out an example of what is NOT. All this on the Big Honkin Show

The Mayor of Denton returns to fill in while Buck has his wisdom teeth chiseled out.  People get shot in the butt, use a Rascal as  a get away vehicle, attempt to sell reptiles (but not marijuana), and the studio gets rearranged.
All this and more on the latest episode of The Big Honkin’ Show.

Buck is still away, so we are joined this week by Brandon Smith. Â Brandon has a big head…we talk about, sweet tea, coconut carrying octupuses, and The Real Life Super Hero segment returns with a trigger happy octogenarian. Â It’s the Big Honkin Show in the new year.

Buck wasn’t able to make it to the Hazlehurst, GA studio location for this one, but we still felt his presence. So it falls to Steve and Steve alone (with a little help from The Ash) to bring the entertainment to the people as we discuss a little bit of everything from ghosts, to a Nobel Prize winner, to borrowed catheters and more. Saturdays…and Mondays are fun for at least 45 minutes…or in this case the first 30 seconds.
Music Used in the show:
Long Skirt, Short Jacket by Cake
Footloose by Kenny Loggins (also something yelled by Steve, as you will hear about on the show)
Rock of Ages by Def Leppard
Wild At Heart by Gloriana
Real American (Hulk Hogan’s Theme)
We Will Rock You by DJ Hurrican
Feeling Alright by Joe Cocker
Theme from Simon and Simon
